Welcome to ChatOnGame. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ChatOnGame Android application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

ChatOnGame is designed to facilitate friendly, competitive, and respectful gaming interactions. When using our platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, toxicity, or threats against other players.
  • Send unsolicited spam messages, automated scripts, or repeated duplicate friend requests.
  • Transmit obscene, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content or media.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our backend infrastructure or Firebase databases.
  • Impersonate another user, developer, or official gaming brand.

2. Account Security & Friend IDs

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. 1v1 Challenges & Match Etiquette

The 1v1 Challenge feature is provided for social and recreational match tracking. Users are expected to practice fair play. ChatOnGame does not facilitate real-money gambling or wagering of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

The ChatOnGame name, logo, custom code, UI designs, and website assets are the intellectual property of ChatOnGame. Game titles referenced (such as eFootball™, Chess, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire) are trademarks of their respective copyright holders and are referenced purely for informational and compatibility purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatOnGame is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless overlay performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all Android hardware variants.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatOnGame and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
